Packaging and sustainability

All the boxes we use are eco friendly.

What does that mean?

Products are made from recycled post consumer waste,helping to reduce environmental pollution and conserve resources by reducing our reliance on virgin resources and reducing the amount of new materials needed.
The recycled material is cleaned and processed to create new products,which are then sold to consumers.

Returns

We accept returns. You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery and the item must be sent to us within 30 days. The item must be in the original condition and package. It is recommended that you obtain proof of posting. Postage is non refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.

I cannot accept returns for a custom or personalised order unless the item has arrived damaged. Please ensure you check all spelling at the time of placing your order.
